1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 88ef2 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming bonuses — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using 88ef2 and close your account.

3 Account Responsibilities

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 88ef2 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 88ef2 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits:

5 Bonuses & Promotions

88ef2 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and reload promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside individual offers:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering multiplier") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in each offer's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitute abuse and will result in account termination.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 88ef2 are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules applicable to that product category. The following general betting rules apply across all 88ef2 products:

• 88ef2 reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any account at its sole discretion, including imposing lower maximum stake limits on individual accounts.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88ef2 and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on 88ef2.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or financial details without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of 88ef2 for any purpose other than genuine entertainment gambling.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

88ef2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Identification of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a person under the age of 21.

Where an account is terminated due to a player's breach of these Terms, 88ef2 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both real money and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Amendments to These Terms

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document indicate the currently applicable version of the Terms. Archived versions of prior Terms are available upon written request to 88ef2's support team.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 88ef2 holds its international gaming licence. By using 88ef2, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Clause 15.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 88ef2's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

15 Contact & Disputes
